R-Lo is the AI-powered coaching assistant within R90 Navigator. This policy explains how R-Lo works, what data it uses, and its limitations.

1. What R-Lo Is

R-Lo is an AI-powered coaching companion designed to:

  • Provide personalized sleep and rhythm guidance based on the R90 method
  • Offer practical daily actions, reminders, and lifestyle suggestions
  • Help you understand your rhythm plan, MRM/CRP moments, and wind-down routine
  • Deliver educational content about sleep, recovery, and daily performance
  • Encourage consistency and habit building in a calm, supportive tone

R-Lo communicates in short, clear, and actionable messages. It is designed to be calm, practical, and non-judgmental.

2. What R-Lo Is NOT

R-Lo is NOT:

  • A human coach, doctor, psychologist, or healthcare professional
  • A medical advice service or clinical guidance tool
  • A substitute for professional sleep assessment or medical consultation
  • Capable of assessing, managing, or addressing medical conditions
  • An emergency service or crisis support tool
  • Guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every individual

3. How R-Lo Generates Responses

R-Lo generates responses using:

  • Your profile data: Wake time, sleep preferences, chronotype, activity level, stress level, and other signals you provide during onboarding and daily use.
  • R90 method framework: The coaching logic is grounded in the R90 method by Nick Littlehales, including cycle calculations, ARP anchoring, MRM/CRP timing, and wind-down guidance.
  • AI language models: R-Lo uses third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI) to generate natural language responses. These providers process conversation context under data processing agreements.
  • Conversation history: Previous conversations may be used to provide continuity and improve personalization within your coaching experience.

4. AI Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation.
  • R-Lo cannot account for factors it is not aware of, including medical conditions, medications, or circumstances you have not shared.
  • AI responses are for informational, educational, and wellness purposes only.
  • You should exercise your own judgment before acting on any R-Lo suggestion.
  • For persistent or serious sleep concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Data and Privacy

  • R-Lo conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. These providers operate under data processing agreements.
  • Conversation history may be stored to maintain coaching continuity and improve personalization.
  • You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting privacy@r90navigator.com or by deleting your account.
  • We do not use R-Lo conversation data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not sell R-Lo conversation data to third parties.
