R90 Navigator (the “Service”), including the R-Lo AI coaching assistant, is designed for wellness, education, performance support, and lifestyle guidance purposes only. The Service is based on the R90 method developed by Nick Littlehales, a sleep and recovery coaching framework focused on daily rhythm, consistency, and habit building.
The Service is intended to help you:
- Understand your current sleep rhythm and daily patterns
- Build a consistent wake-up anchor and daily structure
- Plan your day around natural 90-minute cycles
- Develop better wind-down and pre-sleep routines
- Use recovery moments (MRM and CRP) during the day
- Improve overall sleep consistency and daily energy through habit support
2. Not a Medical Service
The Service is NOT:
- A medical device, medical application, or clinical tool
- A substitute for professional medical advice, assessment, or guidance
- A tool for assessing, managing, or addressing sleep disorders or any medical condition
- Intended for use in emergency situations

The Service does NOT:
