Subscription and Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. For billing questions:

  • iOS billing: Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Android billing: Contact Google Play Support through the Play Store app
  • Subscription status: Check your subscription in your device's App Store settings

Account Deletion

You can delete your account:

  • In the App: Profile > Settings > Delete Account
  • By email: Send a request to privacy@r90navigator.com from your registered email address

Bug Reports and Feedback

If you encounter a bug, have a feature suggestion, or want to share feedback about your experience, please email hello@r90navigator.com with as much detail as possible, including your device type, OS version, and steps to reproduce any issue.

Security Concerns

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to privacy@r90navigator.com. Do not publicly disclose security issues before we have had a chance to investigate and address them.
