Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and govern your purchase and use of paid features within R90 Navigator. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

R90 Navigator may offer the following access tiers:

  • Free: Access to core features including onboarding, basic rhythm plan, and limited R-Lo coaching.
  • Premium: Full access to all features including advanced R-Lo coaching, extended insights, calendar integration, recovery guidance, video content, and future premium features.

Feature availability, pricing, and plan structure may change. Current pricing is always displayed within the App at the point of purchase.

2. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for Premium subscriptions. During the trial:

  • You have full access to Premium features at no charge.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price displayed when you started the trial.
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost through your device's App Store subscription settings.
  • Free trial eligibility is typically limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account.

3. Billing and Payment

All subscription payments are processed exclusively through:

  • Apple App Store (for iOS users)
  • Google Play Store (for Android users)

We use RevenueCat as our subscription management infrastructure to coordinate subscription status across platforms. We do not directly process, store, or have access to your payment card details. All billing is handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective payment terms.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
  • The renewal price will match the original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
  • You can manage auto-renewal through your device's App Store subscription settings.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > R90 Navigator > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > R90 Navigator > Cancel

Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
  • Your account remains active with Free tier access.

Important: Deleting the R90 Navigator app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your App Store subscription settings. Similarly, deleting your R90 Navigator account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the applicable App Store:

  • Apple: Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google: Request a refund through the Google Play Store order history or Google Play support.

We do not process refunds directly. Refund decisions are made by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your current subscription plan:

  • You will be notified in advance (via the App Store notification process).
  • You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
  • If you do not cancel, the new price will apply at your next renewal.

8. Account Deletion and Subscriptions

If you delete your R90 Navigator account:

  • Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Account Deletion Policy.
  • Your subscription will not be automatically cancelled. You must cancel separately through your App Store settings.
  • If your subscription remains active after account deletion, you will continue to be charged. We recommend cancelling your subscription before or immediately after deleting your account.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features at any time. Subscription access is subject to the Service being operational.
