Community & User Content Policy

“User Content” includes any information, data, text, or feedback you provide through the Service, including:

• Onboarding quiz answers and profile information
• Sleep logs, check-ins, and journal entries
• Messages sent to R-Lo (the AI coaching assistant)
• Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions submitted to our team
• Any other information you voluntarily provide

You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information about your sleep habits and lifestyle
• Not submit content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful
• Not submit content that is unlawful or violates the rights of others
• Not submit content that contains malware, spam, or malicious code
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

R90 Navigator is a wellness and lifestyle coaching service. You should not submit the following types of information:

• Detailed medical records or clinical data
• Emergency or crisis information (if you are in crisis, contact local emergency services)
• Information about third parties without their consent
• Financial information (such as credit card numbers or bank details)
• Government identification numbers

The Service is not designed to process or store such information. If sensitive information is inadvertently submitted, contact us at privacy@r90navigator.com and we will take appropriate action.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict User Content that violates this policy or our Terms of Use. We may also suspend or terminate accounts in cases of repeated or serious violations.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation or compensation. You are not required to provide feedback.

You retain ownership of the factual data you provide (such as your sleep logs and preferences). However, you grant us a licence to process, store, and use that data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.
